As the year closes or a new one begins, many leaders review plans, targets and strategies.
Yet renewal does not begin with plans alone.
It begins with a paradigm shift.
A paradigm is an internal model.
It shapes what we notice, what we avoid and what we believe is
possible.
Most importantly, it lives inside the heart.
"Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves."
(Qur'an 13:11)
In my work as a CEO coach, I repeatedly see capable leaders held back not by lack of skill or effort, but by unseen inner patterns that quietly govern behaviour.
This workshop is an invitation to pause, examine and renew what is operating within the heart, so that leadership and life can move forward with clarity and steadiness.
In this workshop, heart does not refer to the physical organ.
It refers to the inner centre of perception, intention and meaning.
The place where fear, trust, hesitation and resolve settle.
"Indeed, in the body there is a piece of flesh. If it is sound, the whole body is sound. If it is corrupted, the whole body is corrupted. Truly, it is the heart."
— The Prophet ﷺ
Renewal that bypasses the heart rarely lasts.
Renewal that begins with the heart changes how effort feels and how
leadership shows up.
At the centre of the day is one guiding question:
How do I limit myself
and how can I stop?
This is not asked with blame or self-attack.
It is asked with honesty, compassion and courage.
Through guided muhasabah (self-examination), participants will work through three layers that often shape results unconsciously.
What do I do or avoid doing that limits me?
We begin with observable behaviour.
Hesitation. Avoidance. Overthinking. Overworking. Staying busy instead of deciding.
These behaviours are signals. They point to something deeper.
What do I say to myself to justify these behaviours?
Behind behaviour is a story.
"This is just how I am."
"Now is not the right time."
"I need to be realistic."
"Rather, man will be a witness against himself, even if he presents his excuses."
(Qur'an 75:14–15)
This layer often produces the most insight.
What belief is holding all these stories together?
Across multiple explanations, one dominant paradigm usually emerges:
"I must not disappoint others."
"My worth comes from performance."
"If I slow down, I will fall behind."
This is the paradigm that quietly governs energy, decisions and emotional tone.
"Take account of yourselves before you are taken to account."
— Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA)
We do not force new behaviours.
Instead, we craft a new inner orientation that aligns better with faith, responsibility and trust.
Examples of new paradigms participants often arrive at:
"And whoever places their trust in Allah, then He is sufficient for him."
(Qur'an 65:3)
When this shift settles in the heart, behaviour begins to change naturally.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
A clear understanding of their strongest limiting paradigm
A personally crafted New Paradigm statement
A practical Paradigm Stocktaking Card for year-end and ongoing reflection
Greater clarity, emotional lightness and direction for the year ahead
A faith-anchored approach to renewal that does not rely on pressure or force
This workshop is suitable for:
CEOs, founders and senior leaders
Professionals navigating transition or renewal
Coaches, consultants and advisors
Anyone seeking clarity, steadiness and alignment for the coming year
No prior knowledge is required.

Engage us sincerely, even if funds are tight
Sometimes the heart is ready, but the wallet isn't.
Our Standard Rate remains valid and an appreciated option.
But if you're currently in a tighter season, you're welcome to choose a different amount. We both are sincere and we hold no judgement against the other.
Any amount you pay gives you the same full access to the workshop.
If you choose to pay more than the Standard Rate, know that your contribution quietly helps someone else benefit from the workshop. It's how we hold space for each other in this world.
May barakah (divine blessing) flow multiple ways. 🤲🏻
"What if I don't know how much to offer?"
You can let us know what you're considering.
We'll guide
you with clarity and compassion.
Renewal is powerful.
But renewal becomes transformative when it is anchored into the year ahead.
If you're joining Paradigm Shifting for Renewal, you may also want to consider its natural continuation:
Anchored Goals: Designing the Year
with Clarity and Intention
This optional, follow-on one-day workshop happens 7 days later and is only open to participants of Paradigm Shifting for Renewal.
Once the heart and paradigm have shifted, this second workshop helps you:
Think of it this way:
Both are powerful on their own.
Together, they create continuity, steadiness and direction.

The Paradigm Shifting for Renewal workshop is designed for leaders who recognise that better results begin with better inner alignment.
The workshop creates the conditions for that alignment. It is a deliberate pause to examine what is shaping your decisions, your energy and your direction, as the next cycle begins.
Some participants will stop here, carrying new clarity back into their
work. Others will continue into structured planning for the year ahead.
Both paths begin with this inner work.
If you are ready to
lead the coming year with steadiness rather than strain, clarity rather
than noise, this day is for you.
Join us with intention.
Do the inner work well.
Then move
forward with confidence.
Insha Allah.
